As a seller, now more than ever it’s extremely important that you work with an agent who truly understands how to use digital marketing, video and social media. You see, knowing how to use it correctly, is imperative. It can mean the difference between forty or fifty people seeing your property versus thousands. 

It’s easy for agents to post homes for sale on their personal or business Facebook pages, but because Facebook is a business, they want our advertising money. According to the National Association of Realtors, 67% of buyers will walk through a home they see online. I know you may be thinking, right now people aren’t walking through houses, due to Covid-19.
