Tom has been terrific for the last six years...I think we are among his smaller clients with a lower scope of services - he has a number of large estate owners that have him do everything to get their places up and running for the season including stock the kitchen and get boats in the water, as well as those who have frequent high-dollar renters. Because we never rented, we mostly relied on Tom to check on the house in the winter as well as to help get things around the house fixed - not just being there when a vendor stopped by, but if we needed something done, one call or text to Tom and he’d find a provider (to fix a screen, for example).
